Derick Pillai is an associate at Woolery & Co.
Prior to joining the firm, he practiced law as an associate in Skadden’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practices based in New York. Derick participated in the representation of companies in cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as shareholder activism, takeover defense and other corporate governance matters. He also participated in the representation of issuers and underwriters in high-yield and investment grade notes offerings.
