Bio

Pat Dealy is a seasoned executive and advisor with more than 20 years of experience leading both operating businesses and financial institutions through complex transitions, turnarounds and growth. He brings a unique blend of private equity-backed operational leadership and Wall Street acumen.

Pat previously served as CEO of Tri-Arc, a manufacturer of industrial rolling ladders and safety equipment, where he drove meaningful operational improvements and revenue growth, ultimately leading to a successful sale to Graycliff Partners. Before that, Pat was interim CEO and CFO of storied distiller, Germain-Robin, where he led a successful restructuring and turnaround of the business, resulting in a sale to E & J Gallo Winery.

Pat operated as the CEO of Twelve Beverage, a chef-crafted sparkling beverage company with national distribution. He has also served in leadership and advisory roles across a range of industries, including manufacturing, logistics and consumer products.

Pat spent over two decades on Wall Street in roles spanning research, trading, risk arbitrage and portfolio management. He held senior positions at Merrill Lynch, UBS and SG Cowen, where he led teams across convertible arbitrage, equities and credit derivatives. He launched and managed a $1 billion proprietary trading fund focused on convertible arbitrage strategies, delivering consistently high risk-adjusted returns.

Pat earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in History from Connecticut College.
