Pat brings more than two decades of leadership experience in both operational management and financial markets. He has served as CEO of private equity-backed companies, including Tri-Arc LLC, a manufacturer of industrial rolling ladders and safety equipment, where he drove growth and operational improvements leading to a successful exit. Pat led a successful restructuring and turnaround of the storied distiller, Germain-Robin, resulting in a sale to E & J Gallo Winery.

Pat spent over 20 years on Wall Street in senior roles at Merrill Lynch, UBS and SG Cowen, with deep experience in equities, credit derivatives and convertible arbitrage. He also founded and managed a $1 billion proprietary fund delivering sustained, high-risk-adjusted returns.
